How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot password." You'll receive an email with a reset link.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you've completed fewer than 5 drills and haven't started any case sessions. Credit bundles are non-refundable. Use the form above to request a refund - select "Question" as the request type. See our Terms for the full policy.
